What do registration fees include?
Fees include sessions and exhibits, as well as scheduled meals, refreshments and entertainment.
What does exhibitor registration include?
Fees include one full conference registration. Additional exhibit staff must register separately.
Is my organization a RCA Member?

What is the Cancellation Policy?
Notice of conference registration cancellation must be received in writing by September 18, 2015, after which time a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Non-attendance will not constitute cancellation, and no credits or refunds will be granted after September 25, 2015.
Can I register without paying online?
Yes. Fill out your registration details online and there will be an option to pay by cheque (we will send you an invoice).
