Russ has worked for twenty years in local government utility operations with a focus on financial and strategic management.  In 2011, Russ moved to Vancouver Island to take on the role of Senior Manager, Environmental Resource Management for the Capital Regional District in Victoria. Russ’ primary area of responsibility with the CRD is regional solid waste management focused on financially sustainable waste diversion, resource recovery and residual management.
