Lisa Dyer is the Director of Environment for Environment and Natural Resources Department of the Government of the Northwest Territories. Her division is responsible for the delivery of waste reduction and recycling initiatives in the Northwest Territories. Lisa has been living north of 60 for over 23 years and during this time she has been involved in the development of numerous composting, recycling, and waste management initiatives. She is a graduate of Queen’s University Engineering Program.
