Denis Brisebois has worked for almost 35 years for major food chains, the last 15 years of which as Vice-President at Metro. In addition to managing Metro’s affiliated and franchised stores, he is deeply involved in the application of Metro’s Social Responsibility Policy, particularly measures relating to packaging, residual materials management, energy use reduction and sustainable fishing. Previously, he held a variety of management positions in the areas of finance and store operations. Denis has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Université Laval. He has been sitting on Éco Entreprises Québec’s Board of directors since June 2009 and was appointed Chairman in April 2010. For the past 15 years, he also has been sitting on the Boards of several charitable organizations, including Mira.
